Digital health record firm Ciitizen sold to Invitae for $325m
Invitae has agreed a deal worth $325m to acquire digital health record firm Ciitizen. The Ciitizen platform allows users to collect, store and share their medical records in a single location. Invitae, a leading medical genetics company, says the purchase will enhance its own platform, giving users a "centralised hub" for genomic and clinical information. The deal is expected to close this month.
