IBM eyes sale of Watson Health - reports
IBM is considering the sale of Watson Health, its healthcare technology arm. The business unit generates $1bn in revenue but isn't profitable, and a sale might suit CEO Arvind Krishna's approach of focusing IBM on hybrid cloud offering. The Wall Street Journal originally reported the story. IBM are understood to be considering both a private sale and a public listing via a SPAC acquisition.
