Imperial College uses AI to help Parkinson's patients
Imperial College is working with consultant neurologists at London's Charing Cross Hospital in a medical trial to help Parkinson's patients. The new goal is to use artificial intelligence techniques to develop a wearable device that could monitor the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and even help to treat it. Later this year, Imperial College hopes to be able to commercialise this tool.
